My car has been in the shop since March 22, 2024. I was called to come get my vehicle on March 28, 2024 and another issue was found with my car within a minute of driving off the lot. I returned the car and was told that there was something else found wrong with my vehicle and that it would be worked on first thing in the morning on March 29, 2024. I received no update from the dealership so I called on Saturday, March 30, 2024 only to be informed that the writer for my car left no notes on my vehicle and had not been in the office since March 28, 2024. This is unacceptable and I am completely outraged. I only got the vehicle 5 months ago and I am having all of these issues. Resolution Sought I would like my service done for free and if the problem cannot be fixed I need a new vehicle ASAP!!

I took my 2015 Challenger to get serviced on a sensor for the ABS. I was charged $898.00. I was price gauged. They charged me double of any other auto shop will charge. Spoke with young manager there He was rude and said oh well. Resolution Sought Refund me half that they over charged me.
