I purchased coffee. The large creamer was spoiled.

I purchased coffee. The large creamer was spoiled. I went and got another cup and used a different creamer, it was also spoiled. I advised the worker, he came over moved the creamer around, did not smell it and it was filth caked up with dozens of spills and he left it there. I asked for a refund he went off. I told him I would file a complaint. I looked for a business license, none Safe serve certificate none. I took a picture if the facility and he came out running to the car
