Mountain Avenue Self Storage complaints

On August 30th 2021, my fiancé and I had a storage unit at Mountain Avenue Self Storage at 630 South Mountain Ave, Ontario Ca. Our unit #3163. I went to check it was there at the facility empty ing our storage unit as I noticed two of the employees had we're walking around and had been waiting for the other employee who had a cutting knife to cut off locks from. I asked what they were doing waiting by my storage unit and they said they were waiting to cut my locks off I have two locks I told them why I'm right here I can give you access what did you need. They wanted to check the fire system so I allowed them to go into my unit and I proceeded when they were done proceeded to take my stuff out, but I had left some stuff in there because I didn't didn't have enough room in my truck at the time to get all of it, so I came back 2 Days later to find that my locks my two locks were cut off and stuff had been taken from my unit. I proceeded to go to the office and spoke with the management she came to our unit she said yeah they were supposed to come and check the firewall and I told him I was here that day and I gave them access to my unit. They said they they had no reason to come back she didn't know why they would cut my locks off, so we proceeded to call the cops Ontario Police department to make a report. I have a report my number is p212-450-406/p212-500342 she would not give us any paperwork to sign or to take home with us or to call the insurance company. Resolution Sought I've called their insurance company they don't have any record of our claim so now I want the full amount which is $3475 00 to be paid to us in full before I go to the court. They've ignored us, they won't contact us back, they won't do nothing to help us because they were at fault and they went in our unit.
