Customer Complaint

This company sent in a garnishment to my work and the bill was paid in full on July 22, 2022. The company has acknowledged payment in full was made but has not released the garnishment and is taking out more funds from my paycheck. They then state I will not get my funds back for 6 weeks, in which, they already owe me $560.00 and now will owe me a total of $1120.00. The person in the office says there is nothing we can do about it. Resolution Sought To have my excess funds refunded to me and to stop the garnishment they are taking.
