I have 4 plots and 2 of them is where my grandparents are buried. My grandparents have a headstone. The cemetery allowed my aunt to engrave on the headstone without my permission. They also knew they shinkled my uncle ashes over my grandparents grave which I owe. This is not allowed. I have a text from my aunt stating she did it. The cementery didn't do anything about it. I n turned they did some of the engraving on the headstone. I was not notified or ask if this could be done. The headstone sits between my plots (front and back). My grand parents have been gone a long time now. Why now. I think this is interfering with the rights of the owner and vandalizing. Resolution Sought I would like a new headstone put up like it was before they allowed the engraving. I can charge criminally but I want to see first if they will resolve this peacefully.
