My situation was resolved thanks to BCA.

Only after I posted a complaint in BCA, Movavi decided to review my situation and refund me. Thanks to BCA, I was able to resolve the impasse and get a fair resolution. Nevertheless, this company's deceiving ad is still featuring on Google Search when you search for the other company's product.
