I was pressured to leave a deposit of $250. I was advised that I would only be paying $160 additional to the $250 with the minimum of 3 hours to assist me in my move. The moving company took additional $923 out of my account without my permission. Then the movers came to my apartment. I inquired about my $925 taken out of my account. The mover advised me that I should cancel in order to get the $925 back. So I canceled to get my 925 back into my account because it made my account go negative. I did not get any services done no one moved anything so I inquired about the $250 deposit to be sent back to me. Then I was advised that since I canceled I will not get the $250 back. I strongly agree that that is an unfair business practice. They took the $925 out of my account without my permission. If I had known that they were going to take the 925 out of my account I would have never agreed to this arrangement. Now I'm about to be evicted and I don't have money to move. I was advised that I would not get my $250 deposit back because I canceled. Please understand that I am in a tight situation because the sheriffs are coming to lock my door in a couple of days?? I really needed that $250 to help me move my things into storages. I feel that I was pressured into leaving the deposit of $250 then also I was charged an additional $923 that I did not have in my account at the time. Can someone please help me get my $250 back because I did not have any service done? Resolution Sought Please Refund My 250??

We were quoted $2700.00 to move our house locally and were told we get 1 month of free storage. After they took our belongings they charged us $5052.00. Upon going to pick our belongings up in three weeks we were told it would cost us $375 to have access to our belongings. I have asked to speak with a supervisor and was told none are available and they would call back (big surprise they have not). Resolution Sought I would like to get my belongings back without paying to have access to them when they said I get free storage for a month with them.
