I use this company to store my personal belongings. when I moved I was not allowed to unpack and repack my items I had a 2600 square-foot home when add transferred my personal belongings I had to use to 26 foot trucks when I went to retrieve my belongings I sent to 26 foot tracks they crammed everything in to one truck after unpacking the trucks my personal belongings would destroy my China was broken I have several items that are missing I had irreplaceable heirloom's that were broken My bedroom furniture has chunks of wood missing along with some of the hardware to open the drawers, my white sofa was cover in oil. my Christmas items are missing, my round small dining room table missing. I have filrf a complaint with the Better Business Bureau they refuse to comply and answer I have sent letters along with pictures of the damage they told me they are only going to give me $250 my China cost more than $250 I even took out insurance to cover if any of my items were destroyed they will not honor it I have tried to reach out to the owner several times he would not respond and the people that he handled to pack my belongings up when I got there was throwing things on the truck when I address the matter I was told don't say nothing because he don't want nobody to tell him how to pack anything. This got me very concerned I might not be the only customers that he has destroyed their property. This matter needs to be addressed and this company need to be held responsible. Resolution Sought I want my All of my items that was destroyed and broken to be that he replaced everything that he destroyed and broke somethings is it replaceable I calculated over $4000 worth of damage not including an heirloom bowl that goes from anywhere from $400-$400,000 depending on what is a appraise for
