A loan and financial information was mishandled, miscommucated and misrepresented. May wind up costing me my land contract. Has definitely caused lost time, additional good faith deposits on land and aggravation on my family's well being. Also they never did a land appraisal which i thought was required as was told. Resolution Sought Make it right.

To Whom it May Concern,?? Movement Mortgage, LLC ("Movement") is in receipt of the above-referenced complaint that was filed?with the Business Consumer Alliance, Complaint Department (the "Department") by Mr. Hensley (the "Borrower"). Movement understands from the complaint that the Borrower alleges that Movement mishandled and mispresented his loan and financial situation. The Borrower further alleges that Movement never conducted a land appraisal, which the Borrower claims was required. The Borrower has not requested any specific relief from Movement, other than to "make it right." Movement's records indicate that, in or about late August 2025, the Borrower began working with Movement Loan Officer Sheiny Hernandez, seeking financing. Ms. Hernandez initially submitted the Borrower's loan for a brokered product that Movement offers through Members First Financial Credit Union ("Member's First"). However, Ms.Hernandez was informed that the Borrower's loan amount was actually below Movement's minimum required loan amount for Members First loans and that the loan would need to be withdrawn. In an effort to find a solution for the Borrower, Ms. Hernandez learned that the Borrower could seek financing from Member First directly and promptly had her team communicate same to the Borrower. The Borrower was amendable to this approach, and the loan application was withdrawn on or about September 12, 2025. Movement trusts that the foregoing adequately addresses the Borrower's concerns and considers this matter closed. Should the Department require anything further, please feel free to contact me at your convenience.
