I want them to stop lying

I had a message pop up on face book that said I won an iphone for $1 but it turned out to be an a subscription to stream movies on line for $49.95. I think that should be illegal to get my private information and never tell me your lying to me. At least vaxcine manufacturers tell you that the vaxcine will kill you.
I think this is a violation 18 USCC 241/242
