My family and I moved from AZ to GA and were given a pretty fair ORIGINAL quote. The Friday before our pickup the dispatcher called and asked us to pay 1k extra for just in case purposes. We paid that extra amount to be able to load almost everything we had, but upon arrival the movers informed us 22 of our large items will not fit on their truck even with paying extra for more space. That lead my girlfriend and I to have to make an important decisions as to what we need to leave off the truck. We ended up having to pay 600 dollars to rent a 4×8 uhaul trailer to bring more of our belongings that we did not want to leave behind. We spoke with Yuri who is the manager and he never called us back about our issue with the items that were left off the truck, they pushed our delivery date back an extra 5 days and when our items were delivered the movers who constructed our bedset severely damaged our bed head board, and tried to leave without telling us about it. THIS COMPANY IS A HUGE SCAM AND I WISH I NEVER USED THEM!!! BTW I was bullied to remove this review in order to get a refund of 81 dollars because of the damage they did on my bed set!!!! Resolution Sought Given a refund if 1,000 dollars and for the business to be looked more into for being a scam because this is happening to others as well.

Good afternoon, Moving APT was the customer's booking agent. The customer's goods were picked up, transported, and delivered by J&B Relocation, who was the customer's moving company and whom the customer's moving contract was with. Likewise the person whom the customer has also referred to, Yuri, is not an employee of Moving APT either and is with a different company as well. Upon investigation, this customer has already submitted a claim for their move, their claim has already been processed, the customer has completed and signed a settlement form acknowledging that their issue(s) has been resolved and accepting their claim compensation, and their claim compensation has already been processed. Yeah they paid 81 dollars after destroying a headboard and they also ripped my family off asking to pay an extra 1k dollars to fit everything on their truck and told us everything won't fit. We had an itemized list that we told them before the move and they completely disregarded that list. LOOK AT OTHER REVIEWS PEOPLE ARE LEAVING!! This place is a true scam

Again, Moving APT was the customer's booking agent. We were not the customer's moving company, nor have we ever been in possession of the customer's goods. We have not destroyed anything, we have not asked anyone to pay $1k, and we do not have or own trucks. Per the customer's contract with J&B Relocation, J&B Relocation agreed to be responsible for the customer's move and items, and the customer acknowledged to file any claim they needed to file through J&B Relocation. Moving APT has provided the customer with the compensation for their claim as a courtesy and show of good faith from our part.
