Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Company was in my area marketing door to door they spray for insects and other pests once every 3 months. It was a $99 introduction offer I was told I could cancel at any point with no penalty charge. I told the representative I was interested while they were here and they scheduled when they would come to spray. I was told I would receive a contract in the mail to sign and send back. They came on May 25th and sprayed and they told me to give 7-10days before you would see less pests. On June 4th they called to do a follow up on the first spray I told them I was not satisfied with the service as I was having issues with a lot of bees and ants. The woman told me they would send someone out on June 13th to respray at no cost to me at which they did. They then did another follow up call on June 25th at which time I told them I was still not satisfied as I was seeing more bees and ants than before they sprayed the first time. She stated they would send somebody else out again on June 29th to spray again for free. Which they did. On July 1st they charged my account $149. I then called Moxie on July 22nd to cancel my services because they sent a message that they would be coming again to spray and I have not been satisfied with their service. The lady informed me then that they would be charging a cancellation fee, but then proceeded to ask for my account information which I informed her that they still have never sent me any contract. That same day they charged my account $355.28. Resolution Sought Refund the money they have charged me for services I repeatedly told them I was unsatisfied with.
