Moxie has claimed to have come to my residence to complete services on 2 different occasions. The first instance on 8/17/2024 I was not home. They did leave a card at my door, however there were obvious cobwebs left and nothing to suggest they had actually completed the quarterly services. I sent them an email explaining this and never got a response. The second occasion on 11/11/2024 I was home all day and was outside doing yard work at the time they claimed to have come and completed services. I attempted to call Moxie and am getting the message that they are in training and the line disconnects. I have removed my billing information from my moxie account to avoid being charged for today's services. Resolution Sought I would like refunded for my fee of $99 for initially starting with Moxie and for the charge of $169 for my first quarterly maintenance on 8/17. I would like Moxie to be investigated for fraudulent services.
