The company was hire to repair my washing machine. I was quoted a price of $618. Can't remember the exact amount down to the cent. My son William Green charge the first half of the amount to order parts and agree for their service. They return on February 28,2023 @ about 3pm to complete the job. The tech said he was finish a little aft 6pm. So on the night of February 28 about 9-10 pm I went to wash clothes and notice water on the floor not as much when I first call them. I look and the washing machine was leaking, so the morning of March 1, 2023 I call the number that was text to me to notify me when the technician was going to be arriving, I explained to the person that answer the phone the problem and was told the technician was going to contact me . 2 days later no one call so I call back and explain again what happen but in the meantime I figured a way to fix the machine and it stop leaking a week later it started to leaking again there was a circle piece of wire taken off the machine and my son and I put it on the machine so since then the machine is working So I let them know I was not pleased with paying them fully for a unfinished job. I was told they was going to talk to the owner about a discount for the job since the technician didn't complete it 3 day later I had to call them back and was told them where not going to do or give me anything back because they had no record of me calling. I contact cashapp that's who I paid they with to get my money back no Resolution Sought To refund me $273 because they where paid in full for a complete job and it was not complete.
