REFUSED SERVICE!
REFUSED SERVICE: 6/10/20 per mutual agreement 2 mechanics came to my home jump started my car and drove it their shop. 6/19/ 20 told that there was a 10 day backlog. 6/22/20 told by one manager that mechanic would be back in 10 minutes & by another manager that said mechanic was in a car accident & would be out for 4 to 6 weeks. 6/25/20 i was told to give them one more day. 6/29/20 nothing done. I retrieved my car. Not to discriminate against the elderly. Serve customers on a first come first served basis.
