On September 29 Duke energy determined my hot water heater wasn't venting properly and shut it down. I had carbon monoxide coming in the house I called Me. Chimney, he came out, gave me an estimate said he needed half up front and set up the appointment. They cancelled on me three times, finally came out and didn't have correct parts. Now it's two months later. I was frustrated so I cancelled their service. They never return phone calls and keep giving you excuses. They are refusing to return my deposit. I had another company come out and fix my water heater. I did give them 2 months living with carbon monoxide seeping in my home. I feel like they are scammers. Resolution Sought I would like my money back
