unsatisfactory and unfair.

Charged $355 labor for 2 .hours for hanging some gutter pipes, on garage. Plus $5 gas charge and $157 for gutter pipe material. $514 total for gutter pipes to receive water off roof and re-channel. Want this to be noted in their records as unsatisfactory and unfair.
