Received faulty product. Provided videos & pictures showing the issues to their FB group where many other chimed in the same issues. Company literally said "product is fine. No refunds." No wonder their store front closed with that customer service, I'd say the online/warehouse isn't far behind. Resolution Sought Give a refund. I'll gladly ship the product back.

We offered help. So did the group members on FB. You would not hear any suggestions that anyone provided. We see your issue a lot and 99 found to be user error. Again, we tried to help, so did many on facebook. If you would have at least worked with us, instead of doing what you did, we would not be at this point. We would have sent a replacement or sent a return label to see if the product was faulty and then refunded you. You already filed a chargeback on your CC. So there is nothing to refund. You have every right to file complaints if you feel unhappy. But doing what you are doing on Facebook we will file suite for harassment and defamation.

As owner stated, "we see your issue alot" which shows FAULTY product. I'm not a novice epoxy user, I've been doing this for years and used numerous brands, types, etc. The product 100 is faulty. I requested a refund and was told no, I have proof so don't lie saying that you would've "offered a refund". The email literally requested a refund & that I would gladly send it back, and I received the email that you wasn't even going to help, I filed a chargeback for that reason. As a business owner, you can still refund by agreeing with the chargeback so there's nothing stopping you from a refund.

Please read what I said. We see this issue and found to be user error. We tried our best to help. You would not let us help. Our customers tried to help. You would not take any advice. We asked many questions to help. Again, you would not hear of it. We stand behind our product. If it was s such bad product, how come your the only one with this type of complaint? We have a 4.9 out of many reviews about our company and our products. All we had asked is for you to let us help troubleshoot the issue you had. Again, as I stated many times, if you would have worked with us, at least a little, we would not be here. With any other product or anything that someone wants to return, don’t the companies ask questions? Does it fit? What is the issue? Can I help? Show me where I didn’t try to help and you worked with us! Not once did you say anything thing other than bad product or demand a refund. Epoxy is a chemical and there are many factors that affect its performance just like any other epoxy product . But you would not and still won’t take any advice our even work with us. Once again, at least work with us to help. And yes, we just don’t hand out refunds just bec
