Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I purchase a New England patriots cornhole set ($280.00), New England patriots deluxe double hole/ 8 washers (podagee horseshoe) & mini double hole no logo ($420.00). I made this purchase in February 2021 and was informed that it would be ready within a couple of months (eta: March 2021) . It wasn't until about a year in a half that I received a damaged deluxe double hole with 8 washers however it came to me damaged and I was informed that I would be getting a partial refund back, however I have not gotten any refunds or responses. Resolution Sought I would like the business to refund me my entire refund as I was given a time frame and it was for my sons birthday which I never got it. It's been an emotional roller coaster hounding this person to get my money back as I worked really hard for this money and am a single parent in doing so. I feel taken advantaged of and have yet to get any response at all. **for the record I would give this a 0 star as this person was very manipulative and not helpful at all!
