I got a water heater in 2019 from Mr. Rooter in Johnsburg,Illinois. My water heater started leaking. I called them to tell what is going on and how long is my warranty. She said six years but when they called Rhem they said it was up September 19,2022. They would not give me the invoice Resolution Sought I think they are a fraudulent company. I don't want anyone to have the same outcome. I would like them to pay me for the labor on the new one
