I called them to root out the drain on the roof. Immediately he started trying to get me to agree on a camera in the line which was 200 dollars more. He then went down to 99 dollars. It took our grocery money to pay him. He said he would not guarantee his work if I did not pay for the camera. He was only there for an hour and charged 320.00. Other plumber I had to call charges 175. For the same service. Plumbing was stopped up again 4 days later. It always lasts for at least 6 months when we have this done. They will not come back out and headquarters won't help because they are independently owned. Resolution Sought I had to fix the plumbing already. I have Wright plumbing coming out on 14th to fix it. They were here on the 9th. I gave them plenty of time to resolve this. I want my money back now

We do not fully understand this complaint because the work the consumer paid us to do was completed. It should be noted that the consumer has a preexisting issue with the line has not been addressed. The consumer also filed complaint with corporate office and we contacted consumer to explain the preexisting issue needs to be addressed.
