I took my car in to the location at 7923 Belair Rd for an oil change in Jan. They called to tell me my car was ready. When I went in to pick it up I found that the work had never been done. They did it while I waited. I made another appt for today 3/22/24 @ 8am. The posted hours are 730 - 7pm. I waited until almost 9 and no one showed up. I called at 11am for an explanation and was told I could bring the car in but, that I would have to first stop by Salvo Auto Parts and purchase my own oil. I told them that was unacceptable and hung up. Terrible way to to business in my mind. Resolution Sought Formal apology but I will never do business with them again.
