Unbelievable treatment from all employees!

Unbelievable treatment from all employees!
Ordered delivery & they forgot my spicy hot sauce that I reminded them about twice & was changed for it. That's not the issue as much as how I was treated by them when I called them back 2 have it delivered. I was told it's not a big deal only sauce & they wouldn't deliver it. The matter escalated to him actually swearing at me. I couldn't believe it & was so upset I started on my way over there, when the delivery driver showed up. She was plain nasty, yelling when I told her how I was treated. Treat people the right way. And a simple apology.
