My experience was less than pleasurable at Mt Juliet Chrysler Dodge On 12/04/2023 I paid $470.55 for new brake rotors after driving home my brake rotors started shaking I then drove back to Mt Juliet Chrysler Dodge for another service appointment my service Advisor Luis Viana, told me the rotors that was installed is defective. The service manager Will Daly called me being rude and condescending I request a full refund for $470.55 Resolution Sought Issue me a full refund for $470.55
