I have reached out to you and whoever you referred me about replacing lawnmower that has never worked properly. Neither of you have responded. Repeatedly I've tried. This how you handled customer service? You should be ashamed of yourself. My next email is to the heads of Craftsman and Black & Decker. Resolution Sought Complete refund
