Retrain this guy to develop safe driving habits

On 04/29/2024 at approximately 9:40 am, your company tractor trailer (Multi Fab) cut me off and caused my vehicle to cross into the opposite traffic lane. The driver tried to bully his way into my as his lane was ending. My vehicle was adjacent to the front portion of his trailer which was approximately 60'. There was no way for me to let him into my lane otherwise he would have side swiped my vehicle so I continued forward as did this guy was forcing my vehicle into the opposite travel lane. I was able to get back into my lane. This guy continued behind me at a close distance and was following closely behind me. He was a white male with dark hair. I noticed it had a Washington License Plate which I was unable to retrieve with the company name Multifab Packaging as well as the number T24.2. This driver is aggressive and needs to be retrained if he possesses a CDL. He's one scary operator.
