They do not send bills every month. Sometimes it's three months as was this bill. I can't pay large amounts only monthly. To make matters worse I have been without electricity for two weeks. I live in an RV park, and had to leave my home and stay with friends. No one will tell me when the work will be completed and I can return to my home. In the meantime I am being billed. There is no metering, so I have no way to authenticate a bill. Resolution Sought Discuss their billing and metering procedure, bill monthly, so i can know what to expect to pay. finish the work so I can move back into my home, or let me know when the work will be complete and credit me for the time I have not been able to live in my home. I live in Borrego Springs and it is very difficult finding or paying for interim housing while they repair.
