Her choice of actions as a manager was extremely poor!
On 04/27/2020 my fiance went inside munch n Pump at 2605 township line Poplar bluff mo. For a slim Jim upon her arrival I noticed she had purchased the wrong item. I went in myself to return the item they refused to exchange or refund the item. The conversation escalated with the manager Vanessa calling me a (Nigger)! I called the Neelyville office immediately where the owner is located she was not available so I reported this disturbing incident to her assistant named Barbara. This is unecceptable and should not continue by any employee anywhere.
