I bought a car from Rodolfo Munoz. The car came without inside handles. Rodolfo promised if I bought the car, he would provide me with what was needed to fix the problem. He ordered parts (2 inside door panels), but then canceled it. He told me if I order and find the parts, to send him the receipt, and he would reimburse me. I bought the panels and sent him the entire receipt of $275. He is now ignoring my calls and texts. I really need your help. Without his promise, I would not have bought the car without inside handles to pull both front doors closed. Resolution Sought To get my money reimbursement as promised by Rodolfo Munoz.
