I had my tub refinished and 8 months later it started chipping. I was under my year warranty and called to have it repaired. They came and repaired but it chipped again even worse. The worker didn't use ventilation for the fumes so my children and myself had to leave the house. I kindly called and spoke to the owner and told then this product doesn't work and I'll need a refund. I was very unsatisfied with the service and the product. They refused to refund me. They said they would just keep coming out to repair with and 80 dollar service charge. I will not have my tub repaired every time this is going to happen because of a product that doesn't work. Resolution Sought I demand a full refund.
