There were some headphones that were supposedly delivered to my door and signed for by me with FedEx however I was in the hospital. I live alone and there was no one there to take receipt of the package. I notified music direct of this about a month ago and at first they communicated with me and then they suddenly fell silent and I've heard nothing else and had no refund issued either. I've asked them multiple times if there's anything else that they need from me again no response I've even tried instant messaging them on Facebook where they did once upon a Time respond and now they seem to have stopped responding at all there as well. I would have even considered repurchasing the item from them had their customer service not been so bad but now that their customer service has been so bad there's no way that I would purchase the item from them again. The $550 is approximate and after tax however. Resolution Sought I would like to have the refund issue to me immediately that's the only resolution that there could be for this at this time.
