Money taken from my account, but no order was processed. Customer service has ignored me on chat for 30 minutes now. Resolution Sought I want my order shipped to me.

Company states; Thanks for contacting us and we apologize for the inconvenience in your order not going through. Unfortunately we weren't able to locate your order, but did find some communication where you reached out to our Customer Service Team. When you contact Klarna about your order, did they provide you with a confirmation number or order number from their side that we could look into with them? Or did you place your order with different contact information other then what is listed in this Business Consumer Alliance Letter? Please let us know if there is any other detail or confirmation number we may be missing to help locate your order and resolve this with you. I ordered a amplifier case on January 14 22 at 940pm I message them to cancel my order the at 9:24 am then I called them at 12:30 to verify they canceled my order they sent me an email saying they just shipped my order. On January 15 they said it would take 5 to 7 days to my return on my credit card. On January the 26 I message them again to find out were my refund was they said I will have to wait another 5 to 7 more day's to get my refund. The package never left the warehouse. They insisted the product left the warehouse. The order number was mf169400063 Resolution Sought I just want my refund back on my credit card because it's affected my credit.
