I ordered a book bag for my son. I have receipt confirmation of my order. The product I received was not the product ordered and not worth the amount of money that I paid. I tried to resolve this issue with the company personally and several occasions and they keep making ridiculous offers to return $10. I can provide receipt confirmations of what I ordered and what I paid for and pictures of what was actually sent. Resolution Sought I would either like the product that I ordered or a complete refund
