Horrible customer service!!!!
I have called customer service 3 times to help get my 401K transferred to my IRA and each time have been on hold for over 2 hours! I am currently on hold now and the time on my phone shows 2 hours and 21 minutes. They have not acknowledged my emails or even responded to the forms that I have filled out and sent back to them to transfer my money. I am convinced that they are doing this on purpose in order to hold on to people's money longer. I am filing a formal complaint with the regulatory boards.

Worst part
You will be on hold for hours and never get to speak with anyone. They also don't answer emails. Honestly wasn't worth the employer match to have to deal with this company.
