Purchased shoes over a month ago. Was told they would be available within 7-10 business days. To date I have not received what I purchased. The customer service email address has never responded to the 6-7 emails I've sent requesting an update. Resolution Sought Would love a refund if possible, but if they can fulfill my order that would be ideal.
