Business owner was hired to do water damage restoration on Dec 26, 2022 at Queen Sinclair Cir Millington, TN. Allstate Insurance was filed on claim. Owner was given $4000 dollars to buy sheetrock to get started before Insurance check was processed. After check was processed, owner was given $13000 in cash on Jan 23, to purchase floor material and baseboard as well. Owner previously cut drywall out 4 in from downstairs and replaced with new drywall and removed all flooring from damaged areas. From the $17000 received that's all that was done to home except owner did process to paint walls yet painted over nails on walls which they left and half painted the home. One of her workers start painting the kitchen and left before completing the job. She called me and said he fell outside and hurt himself. I never heard anything until a week later saying he would come the next day to finish the kitchen. After complaints I told her about my floors needed prep before the new flooring could be layer. The entire floor were cracked with holes from removing the original flooring. No accountability this company has. Floor boards removed and walls with holes, sheetrock dust over entire house. Just a entire mess. And all she responds is to more money from supplement payment. This company destroyed my home yet I moved forward. Resolution Sought I honestly would just love for the company to leave me alone and stop calling me. Find someone else to scam.
