Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. For almost a year now I have been calling and complaining to different associates in the company, trying get my address of 21 years off the policies of several of their members. I have never used this company and I do not even know these people. Why have they not complied. I am extremely frustrated. Please help. Resolution Sought Please force them to remove my address from all these accounts. I receive mail for 3 or 4 different members.
