I paid a full makeup school tuition and finished all my online classes but never got an email or call to go pick up my certificate. I had also gotten hair classes and was told they would call me in when they would be available for me to do since COVID was going on they couldn't have in class courses but they never did. So I decided to go to the location and it turns out the school isn't even there no more. I don't think it's right how they just took my money and now they don't answer any emails or calls that we had for us to contact them. This is very unprofessional and it's money that I had worked hard to get. Resolution Sought I would like my 2,300 refund for all the classes I took or to get my certificate for completing all my classes.
