I went on March 21, 2022 to purchase some eye glasses which the total cost was $1,095.00 which was paid in cash and I have the receipt. However 1 week later I called to cancel the order due to the fact that I can get glasses else where. I'm a military veteran. So I didn't know if I could get glasses at the VA Hospital until after I went to My Eye Lab Store In Oak Cliff in Dallas Texas area. I've requested a refund and they are giving me the run around about my refund telling me it's a large amount. I'm entitled to my refund period. Resolution Sought I want my refund
