I placed an order on 12/6, with delivery promised before Christmas. On 12/22 I emailed the company to inquire about my order. I was told it was on the way, and asked to wait one more week. I did that and reached back out a week later. I was given the same run around and offered a $5 discount. I want a full refund at this point, and am being denied that. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund.
