Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I was in contact with My Management Company about a shop for rent. They told me I have to fill out an application and pay the fees before they could give me information. I filled out application and paid that day but they already knew It was no longer available. They told me it was still available and it was not but still accepted my payment and lead me to believe I would be looking at the property with in the next few days. They said my fee is good for a year but they emailed me and told me not to contact them but will not be refunding my money. I paid for a year but they do not want any contact. I have emails as proof from the company about not contact them but they say my application is good for a year. But if they don't want me to contact them then they are not wanting to rent to me. I have good credit and offered to pay the lease and deposit upfront for a year. Resolution Sought Would like my money back if they are refusing to be in contact with me and I paid for an application for a year. They told me to stop contacting so that is clear they don't want to rent to me within the next year.
