I was on line to be served to do manicure. She told her boss not do it. I feel discriminate by her staff. I'm weekly customer every week for more than 2 years. I feel embarrassed at front public. Resolution Sought I want owner of this business follow the city law of discrimination of races also I request an apologizes and my refund back.

It is only through feedback such as yours that we are able to maintain and indeed, where necessary, impose upon the service that we provide to our valued customers. I was disappointed to read of your experience during your day at my Nail shop. With an apology will regrettably not offer the outcome of your experience on this occasion. I do extend with all sincerity. I certainly empathize regarding the points you mention in your complaint. Especially the poor service you received from one of my staff. Please accept my apologies and just know that we've had a meeting about your complaint with the said staff and such would never happen again. I do hope your continue to be a customer and forgive us for the bad experience. Also did reach out to be customer and she would be continuing service with us.
