I called Navient this guy Roger answered and pretended to be navient and promised me and my wife a reduction in payments and a reduced total amount of my wife's and my student loan. They charged us $800. I want my money back and have filed a fraud claim through my bank to get it back. they have all of my personal information. The thing is this guy answered as if he was Navient and he was not. Me and my wife both have life lock luckily no additional accounts or Identity theft has occurred. Never use this company Resolution Sought Go out of business. I want my money back.

Rose Robert's claimed to have the authority to refund my student loans back 20 years. She had my personal information.. Her phone # is 1-800-385-8048. fax1-866-309-8646. & 516-674-6143.. Resolution Sought Refund my $483.00... This fruadant company needs to go out of business immediately!!! I give them a 0 star
