Hello, I placed an order online on August 7th,2021. About 3 weeks later I then contacted them via email @ support@petsunlimitedofficial.com only to be told the colors I had ordered for two pet beds were not in stock at the time. They explained that they only had the color white available. I stated that was ok. A few days later they contacted me now stating the gray color I originally wanted would now be available. As time went by I didn't receive a tracking number so I became concerned and reached out to support team again. I was told due to covid and the safety of their team there would be a delay. Now two months later, by this time I have already went to my local Walmart and purchased new beds for my cats. I have sent several messages inquiring about my order and asking for a refund due to the extended wait and poor customer service . As of today I not not received any response. I had to start a dispute for this charge with my credit card. I am waiting for there decision on that as well. This company is a rip off and I feel I have been scammed. Resolution Sought I would like them to send me a written document for an official refund for the items not received.
