What would've have been a great visit and installation if the repair man didn't just accuse me of hitting him, to get out of explaining what was done! I called for just an apology and my correct filter! I went to Lowe's to get some plumbing set up for home filtration system and someone was outside and they greeted me with a platform and they refer you to a team and have people come out their behalf, it was great because I needed a water filtration system so I set up my appointment! I was contacted by My plumber of Manassas, i scheduled appointment for someone to come out and give me a price and install. so upon installation we discussed the different type of filters, and I chose the one I wanted, based on the unit, different filters work! I stated I wanted the best filter they had, because I had an order in my water. At the visit the gentleman first of all never offered to test the water and I had to ask for a water test (I should have ran then) so he ran that the test came back good so the water wasn't hard so when ahead and install like I said I asked for the best water filter there was he quoted me a price of $4000, I told him that was too much, cause I was quoted $2500 for a larger unit, he said I didn't need, and that I wasn't paying he said well let me take another look and see what else we have so he checked he looked around he says OK so it's not cold water it's just a hot water so we won't need to put the pipe in the unit I can just run the plumbing system so I Resolution Sought I would like a apology, for claiming I abused the worker, and a refund!
