Mark Mader the owner. I couldn't believe it. He was so rude to me over the phone

I had a plumbing problem and I was trying to explain my problem to Mark Mader the owner. I couldn't believe it. He was so rude to me over the phone telling me all the the things that I should do. And just plain talking down to me as a customer I simply had to thank him and had to hang up. Be better polite to anyone calling them about any problems they might have about any plumbing problems
