They have not completed my roof, they completed installation of the solar panels, but they were suppose to complete the roof, they left a whole in my roof, and now with all the rain, my floors in my home are ruined and the ceiling is ruined. I paid for the roof in full. The payment was made in Decemeber -they stated they would finish after the city came and inspected, it has been 3 months almost 4 since the inspection, and whenever I call them, they say someone will call me back, but no one ever calls. I have spoken to one project manager, and she says she will call me back but never does. I have text messages stating they will be coming, but no one ever shows up. Resolution Sought Roof completed- and damages inside my home fixed.

I signed a contract on 3/27/25 to have solar installed in my home, to this day there is only 75% installed and what is installed is not working - $149.46 monthly for the loan to have the solar panels installed and my electric bill is still $200-300 monthly, which the solar panels should have lowered the bill. Resolution Sought I want the job completed and to reimbursed for the cost of the electricity that I am still paying on.
