Stole our money

Was referred by a mutual friend, said our website would be complete in 3 weeks and we paid him 50% plus hosting fee. After a month he said he needed another three weeks, in all after 5 months it still wasn't complete. Furthermore, what was complete looked like an amateur job. We talked on the phone about changes that needed to be made yet they never happened. Finally, I fired him and found a developer on Criagslist who created a beautiful site in 10 days. Cyril did not refund my money, never gave me what was created.
