Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. MyConstant is withholding my money from me by not allowing transfers or withdrawals, since November 2022. They said they would open up the option in January 2023 and failed to do so. Resolution Sought Allow me to access and transfer out of MyConstant to my preferred bank.
