I called her service department nobody answers. I have text them email them and they don't answer me and then they tell me I can exchange it for something else when I bought it. They said there's a 90 day warranty on it so I have it a week and I don't like it and I want my money back and there, they're not giving me my money back the product does not work. I want it. I want to work. I'm returning it within the 90 days. Resolution Sought Return my money.

On Jan 3 2024 I ordered a product f4om My Derma Dream company based out of Miami FL. It said I would receive the product in 3 to 5 business days. Never received product. Sent email The company claims it is our of stock and they now have restocked. Expect the delivery in 7 to 10 business days. They would send tracking it was shipped. Went on the complaint website . They have been charging peoples accounts for merchandise but not shipping them items. This company or individual is scamming people. Anything you can do to help resolve this is greatly appreciated. Resolution Sought Refund or Receive merchandise I ordered.

Per consumer states; I got a refund. I told them I reported them to y'all. They immediately refunded my money. You can look online there is a lot of complaints. Thanks for your help.
